With years of experience as a shop steward and Vice President in other stations, I have the skills and determination to make a real difference for all our Members."
LIST OF PRIORITIES
Overtime and Mando
Assign a team of Stewards to monitor both OT & Mando daily.
Review Daily extensions, shift gaps etc., to ensure that members on the OT list are called as appropriate.
Ensure that management used BOTH OT and OTE Lists as appropriate.
Eliminate mulitiple sheets of paper with daily offers to extends.
All OT should be by OTE Points and Seniority
Shop Stweards
The CWA Constitution suggestions 1 per 15 members.
Most station have the correct amount
A few are short by a couple.
MIA is short by a LOT.
Review and hold training for new and existing stewards.
Encourange continuing education.

Recreate it so that is is MUCH easier to read.
Improve layout.

Ensure that a weekly schedule is set so that Manning know who is off the floor for union business for the day,
